Very Very Nice Set... Brass Fittings.. WOW!!! The only problem I have is that the Extra Wickets that I purchased are a different size then the ones that came with the Set... ??? No Problem.. This set is perfect - VERY durable, easy to transport, and can withstand my husband, who seems to have a gift of breaking most things he comes in contact with. Don't think twice about this purchase, this product is amazing. We purchased this set about two weeks ago and have used it almost every day since it arrived!

It has been very difficult to find a quality croquet set to replace our aging one. The Baden Championship Series Croquet Set comes the closest to the one we have been playing with for years. We had just about given up trying to find an equivalent replacement.
When I opened the case I was totally impressed! We'll have to see about durability, but initial quality exceeded my expectations.

Ok, So hear is our story about this item. We placed an order and got the first set in the mail. The itemed seems to look alright at first! We noticed that the handles had cracks in them, and knots in the wood itself. It looked as if the manufactures put wood putty in the cracks and in the knots. When we ryed to un screw the handle from the mallet, it BROKE right on the knot. Then 3 minutes later, anther mallet broke. Now, being adults an not being ruff with them at all, this was not fun to have happen seems that we were having a large BBQ gathering and thoughts we'd have a nice set to play with.
The Return was easy on ths item. Once we returned the item we re-ordered the same item again for the 2nd time.
Upon getting this 2nd item found the same problem with the items again!
We have already within 15 minutes of getting the item, called and asked for a return. We will not be ordering this item again for the 3rd time. We plan on shoppping else where.
