This set is what I said----you get what you pay for. The mallets are a tad small and very light, good for kids though. The wickets and balls seem to be fine. The set is good enough for occasional play.

This set isn't what I was hoping for after I read all the glowing reports, but it's about what you would expect for the price after looking at all the other sets in the $100 range. This set is good enough for what I bought it for but if you're looking for a quality set that you will use a lot, this isn't the set. Really, the only complaint I have is the set is a little on the small size. The handles are short and thin, the mallets are rather small and the little posts with all the colors aren't much bigger around than a pencil---well maybe a little :o) The wickets and balls seem fine. So for an inexpensive, use sometime set---this will work fine. I'm going to say I would recommend this to a friend but I would tell them what I just posted.
