THE LAWS OF ASSOCIATION CROQUET
Croquet Canada has instituted one
type of game in which the Rules of Association Croquet are used
together with a twist .... the introduction of ROTATION.
Rotation means BLUE plays first, followed by RED, followed by BLACK, followed by Yellow -
The team or player must ALWAYS follow in that order.

Laws of ASSOCIATION CROQUET and the
OLD LAWS of Association Croquet
Recently there have been requests to the CA for permission to publish the
laws of croquet on the Internet as the CA own the copyright for the laws.
Whilst the CA were not opposed to the idea, we felt we needed some time to
consider the various implications of allowing widespread publication on the
Internet. We have already seen one unofficial copy published complete with
known errors (ed: on croquet.com..... which precipitated the official publishing )
and have therefore decided that in the best interests of
croquet, the CA should publish its own pages and ensure that the contents
are fully maintained and accurate.
Croquet Canada Rules
Each law has been prepared as separate files to allow quick access to the
information needed and any individual law can be reached directly from the
index page. All cross references are automatically linked and updates are
clearly shown by colour changes. The pages include the regulations for
tournaments and the commentary on the laws.
Any comments on the presentation or the accuracy of the pages should be
referred to the Chairman of the CA laws committee, Bill Lamb at
